At Universe Jewelers, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging (including any gift boxes, pouches, or certificates).

  • Custom-made or engraved items are non-refundable unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or engraved pieces

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@universejewelers.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Please do not return any items without prior approval.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of return.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.
